Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

SACHA DRAKE charges a flat rate of $10.00 per order.
We use Australia Post Express Post Satchels as our shipping carrier. All parcels can be tracked.
We generally process orders within one to two business days from the time you submit your order to us. Delivery is generally two to
three working days, depending on the area. Allow an additional day for locations outside metropolitan areas.
For safety reasons, we prefer to deliver to a business address. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone
is available to receive the package in person.
Goods will be dispatched once we receive your payment.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

If you live outside Australia or New Zealand you can purchase any of our products except the Ultimate Black Dress, the Ultimate Maxi Dress and the Ultimate Jump Suit.

Freight charge for overseas customers is deternimed by which Zone we are shipping to. Zone A = New Zealand, Zone B = Asia/Pacific,
Zone C = USA/Canada/Middle East, Zone D = Rest of the World. The freight charge is calculated at the checkout.
Please be aware any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the
item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be
released from customs until these payments are made.
Items shipped overseas are exclusive of Australian GST.

PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Australian GST
Customers may pay using their Mastercard or Visa cards. Payment is only debited from your card when your order is ready to be
dispatched. The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway Pal Pay.
SACHA DRAKE does not hold credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

"Customer service is our number one priority!"

We take great pride in our reputation for excellent quality and fit. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you with an exchange or refund.
We are happy to accept your exchange or refund within 10 working days from receipt of payment. SALE items must be returned within 5 working days from receipt of garment.

  • Your original receipt is required for all exchange or refunds.
  • Returned garments must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed with tags still attached. Garments soiled with makeup, deodorant etc. will not be accepted.
  • Returned garments must be accompanied by our Returns and Exchange Form
  • In the case of items being exchanged, we will resend the new item free of additional postage charges.
  • We will try our best to exchange the garment as requested, however if the garment is out of stock, we will refund you the garment cost instead, freight is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.

Credit will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned merchandise.
We recommend sending the returned garment via Australia Post Express Post or Courier to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Please include a copy of your receipt and our Returns & Exchange Form.
